On behalf of the entire Ridge High Class of 1979, we send our heartfelt condolences to the entire family on the passing of Mr. Pagano. He was great teacher, mentor and friend to many Ridge students.
May you all hold the fondest of memories of Frank close to your hearts always.
Condolences for Francesco "Frank" Pagano
The Class of 1971 also loved and admired Senor Pagano! He was a wonderful Spanish teacher and wrestling coach to so many. Some of us visited his home and knew how deep his love was for his wife and children as well as the Lord. May happy memories keep you all smiling. 🙏🏻❤️
My sincerest condolences to the Pagano family. Mr Pagano was an awesome human being and I have thought of him with such affection over the years. He did an amazingly generous thing for me in my Senior year at Ridge (1976). When I couldn’t fit Spanish into my schedule, he taught me during my lunch period! He encouraged me even when I was shy and awkward and I’ll always remember that. Rest In Peace, dear Mr Pagano.
Peggy and family. So sorry to hear about Frank. You're in our thoughts.

It says a lot at age forty that I’d you had to name a teacher who influenced me to take on a direction to my life it would be Mr Pagano back in 1998!! He gave me confidence in myself both in Spanish class AND in Spanish club, which led me to a career abroad where I use my
Spanish every day at an American embassy. Thank you for lifting others up and you are missed !
Frank was a "mensch", someone to admire and emulate. He became my best friend when I moved to PA. He was a a decent man, thoughtful, empathic, and very generous giving his time to others when they needed help. It was a life well lived. I loved this guy, and will miss him dearly. Rest easy my friend. Burt
A very sad loss for all those who knew Frank. We were childhood neighbors and went through Morristown HS together. Even as a young man Frank was kind and a true gentleman. I remember him working at the family store, "Pop" Pagano's as it was known to all, along with sisters Aggie and Fran. My heartfelt condolences to all Frank's dearly loved family. Rest in Peace, my old friend.
Mr. Pagano gave me the nickname and always called me “Smiley”. I wrestled for him my sophomore year and he always gave me his full support. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all those lives that were touched by his kind and honest manor.
To all of Sr. Pagano's familia: i was so saddened to hear of Sr. Pagano's passing. He was the kindest and most gentle and empathetic teacher and a wonderful man.
He epitomized what a gentle soul is. I hope your fond memories and cherished time with him gives you some much needed comfort during this time.
He was beloved by many. I can't take away your grief. But please know he was so loved and all of you are, too.
From a former Spanish student and happy memories Spanish Club member, class of 1974.

Mr. Pagano was well loved by many! I was a cheerleader for wrestling and My husband who passed away
wrestled for Ridge and also adored Mr. P! It was so nice to reconnect with him on FB.
There are not enough words to say what a truly amazing man he was. He will remain in my
heart always. Much love out to the entire family <3
