Susan was a very unique person. She was very knowledgeable about many things, a trait no doubt derived from her parents. She was always a pleasure to talk with. One could discuss most any issue with her and she would have knowledge and insight about almost any topic. I have a small hand stitched, and framed Pennsylvania Mountain Laurel, that she made and gave to me many years ago which has been on a wall in my home for many years. These past few days I have taken greater notice of it, and I remember her whenever I walk past it. My sympathies and well wishes to Hays and Jennifer at this time.
