Richard A. Young

Richard A. Young, of Doylestown, PA died on Sunday, May 15, 2022. He was 54 at the time of his sudden passing.

He was the beloved husband of 23 years to Denise Reynolds Young.

In addition to his beloved wife, his memory will live on through his two sons, Hunter and Cole Young of Doylestown and his brother Charles "Butch" Young and his wife Gina of Warminster.  

Rich was preceded in death by his loving parents, Charles and Irene. He is also survived by his mother in law Hilde Gabriel McGeehan and her husband Jim of Southampton.

Rich grew up in Warminster and graduated from William Tennent class of 1986. Rich served his country.

Rich will be remembered as a wonderful husband, great father, devoted son, amazing brother, fantastic friend to many, helpful neighbor, and generous to everyone. He always tended to the needs of others.

His family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 10:00 AM until his Memorial Service, 11:30 AM in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901. His interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19104 or Shriners Children's Philadelphia, 3551 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19140.
