Dennis M. Pomeroy Sr.

Dennis M. Pomeroy of Warminster died peacefully and surrounded by his family on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Jefferson Health Hospice at Warminster.  He was 70. 

Dennis was the loving husband of the late Immaculata R. Cardone Pomeroy with whom he had shared 43 years of marriage until her death in 2016. 

Born in Philadelphia, Dennis was the son of the late Paul J. and Julia Ortiz Pomeroy.

Dennis was an involved grandfather, or Poppi, that attended and enjoyed every sporting event and school play that his grandchildren participated in.  He also loved coaching his grandson’s basketball team, just as he did with his sons.

A friend and mentor to many, Dennis could usually be found giving advice or generally helping others.  He enjoyed attending church, giving charitable donations and mentoring others.

Surviving are his loving sons and daughters-in-law: Dennis M. Pomeroy Jr., and wife Brooke, of Warminster, and Christopher F. Pomeroy of Warminster.  He is also survived by his five grandchildren; Emma, Ava, Nicholas, Joshua, and Ceirra; He is also survived by his brother, Paul Pomeroy; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 10:45, with his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM, at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 605 W. Street Road, Warminster, PA 18974. His interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem.
