Elaine Mauro

Elaine A. Mauro, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2024, at the age of 89 years. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of forty years, Richard Mauro. She is survived by her daughters: Ann Marie Buck (Michael), Linda Stoll (Joseph), and Noreen Wielgus (Robert), as well as, grandchildren, Rose, Colin, Joseph, Andrew (Kelliann), Matthew, Brian and Richard (Destiny). She is also survived by her great grandchildren: Michael, Joseph, Bennett and a cousin, many nieces and nephews. Elaine will be missed by her cherished companion, George Cavacini.

 Elaine was born in Philadelphia to Matthew and Emily Redwanowski. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew.

Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Visitation on Wednesday November 13, 2024, 9:00-10:15am at St Albert the Great Church, 212 Welsh Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am. Interment to immediately follow in Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to either Cousins for Carol, 3890 Trail Way W, Doylestown, PA 18902,  or the Breathing Room at breathingroomfoundation.org would be greatly appreciated by the family.
