David "Jonesie" T. Jones

David T. Jones (Jonesie), 84, of Langhorne, passed away November 6, 2024. He was the beloved husband of 60 years to Patti (Morton) Jones.

Born August 16, 1940, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late George and LaRose (Gemmill) Jones.

David was a proud member of the United States Navy and served on multiple submarines.

David was a diligent worker and took pride in making sure he always provided for his family.  He was an exceptionally talented craftsman and owned his own construction company, David & Co., for several years.  He then went on to work at Union Camp Corporation in Princeton, NJ, and retired in 1997.

David and Patti always dreamed of retiring to North Carolina.  That dream came true in 2005 when they moved to Merrit, NC where they enjoyed life on the water for 13 years. In 2018, they moved to Langhorne, PA to be closer to their daughters.

Along with his wife, Patti, David is survived by three daughters, Renee Fahey (Rob), Cathy Jackson (Charlie), and Jennifer Morris; seven grandchildren, Sarah, Connor, Shannon, Emma (Kaelin), Kevin (Julia), Christian, and Kate; a sister, Joann Talbott, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two siblings, George Jones and Patricia Bozarth; and a son-in-law, Tom Hopkins.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Friday, November 29, 2024 from 11:00 am until the funeral service at 12:00 pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd.
