Colleen Bridget Conden

Colleen Bridget Conden passed away peacefully at home in Ellenton, Florida, on Tuesday July 23rd, 2024 with her son Dennis by her side. She was 72 years old. Colleen was the beloved wife of the late Daniel D. Conden. They shared over 53 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Colleen was the daughter of the late William Kelly and Anne Kelly (Creaby). She graduated from Woodrow Wilson Highschool of Levittown, PA in 1970 and became a stay at home Mom until 1980 when she pursued a career in Nursing. She graduated 1st in her class two years later.

Despite years of illnesses and surgeries, Colleen never stopped being Mom Mom, the matriarch of the Conden Family.

Colleen is survived by her siser in law, Andrea Auen, two sons, Daniel W. & wife Nicoll Conden, Dennis Conden, and daughter Jennifer Lassin. Mom Mom’s pride and joy were always her 10 Grandchildren, and one Great Granddaughter Rowan, who Mom Mom fondly referred to as “Ro Ro”.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 10:00am, until the start of her Funeral Mass at 11:00am at St. Vincent de Paul Church at 654 Hatboro Road in Richboro, PA 18954. Her interment with follow at All Saint’s Cemetery, Newtown, PA
