Susan Holewinski

Susan Jane Krawczyk Holewinski passed away suddenly and peacefully in her sleep on Monday, July 22, 2024 at the age of 75.  Although Sue lived most of her life in Richboro, PA, she spent winters in Marco Island, FL and fiercely loved her hometown of Pulaski, WI.

Sue was the loving wife and perfect soulmate to Dennis E Holewinski. Together, the couple shared over 54 years of love, family and good memories.  They could often be found dancing in the kitchen, praying together, playing Quirkle or walking outdoors and smiling, always smiling.

In addition to her husband, Sue will be missed tremendously by her three children, Jill (O’Donnell) and her husband Matt, Sara (Grunwell) her husband Matt and Dane Holewinski and his partner Aine Kimsey. Her grandchildren, Caroline (20), Keenan (19), Lizzie (18), Sean (17) and Julia (16) were her biggest fans, and dependent upon their mom-mom for chocolate cake, card games, perfect Thanksgiving dinners, supportive phone calls, rainy day cookies and leading the cheering section at their various sports.

Sue was the daughter of the late Lucian and Madeline Davel Krawczyk, and is survived by her three sisters, Joan Zittlow, Judy Krawczyk and Ann Krawczyk, and her brother Jim Krawczyk and his wife Elaine.

Sue lived her life with genuine care and love for her friends.  She was an open-hearted listener, saw the good in every person and was dedicated to celebrating it. She was a teacher & she loved to read, travel and spend time thinking up the most creative and thoughtful ways to help those around her.

Relatives and friends are invited to St. Andrew Catholic Church on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at 81 Swamp Road in Newtown, PA 18940. Visitation will be held again at St. Andrew Catholic Church on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 10:00am, until the start of her Funeral Mass at 11:30am.

Although she loved fresh flowers and always had them in the house, Sue would have preferred memorial contributions made to the cause that was closest to each person’s heart. Pay it forward.
