Christopher Edward Banner-Shaw

Christopher Edward Banner-Shaw, 37 of Warminster, PA passed away peacefully at Fox Chase Cancer Center with his family by his side on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. He fought a long courageous battle with a rare form of cancer.

Born in Abington, PA, loving son of Kenneth E. Shaw of Philadelphia and Crystal Y. Banner of Feasterville. Cherished nephew of Gwen Traywick and Keith Banner. Will be missed by his cousin Shantell Colemann, along with many cousins and friends.

He will also be dearly missed by his in laws, Jerry, Dianna, Kevin, Rachel, and Elizabeth White.

Christopher was the beloved husband of Sarah Marie Shaw (White), as well as, a loving father of Cieara Nicole, Carmine Jayce Edward, and Marijane (our family fur baby).

He was a 2004 graduate of CB East High School and after graduation he attended the Philadelphia School of Art.  He most recently worked in home care.

Chris enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, taking day trips to see cars, trying various foods, and seeing new places. We loved taking our children to local aquariums, the zoo, and much more. His greatest joy was his children.  He was very involved in their activities such as cheer, swimming, and kickboxing.

He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed working on his Nissan 240’s. Christopher was very involved in Fantasy sports. He was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan, despite the heckling by many of his friends and family.

Services and interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to his memory can be made to help the Shaw family thru the Go fund me: In Memory of Christopher: Support for the Shaw Family, or to The Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111
