Patricia Kratowicz (Meenan)

Patricia Kratowicz of Holland, PA passed away peacefully at Doylestown Hospital on Monday, June 24, 2024.  She was 67.

Patti was the beloved wife of 43 years to Philip E. Kratowicz.

Born in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Harry and Grace Hall Meenan.

Patti, or Pat known to most, was giving, loving, witty, and humble.

She lived her life to help and care for others. When her three girls reached grade school she began her time volunteering and organizing many school functions through the PTO. As her three girls grew up her care and passion for helping others continued into the Middle school and Highschool years where she organized many fundraising opportunities for the school sports teams. At this time she also began substituting in special needs classrooms, worked as lunch and recess aides periodically, and finally after taking a special interest in working in the Library eventually ended her career as a Librarian Assistant in Council Rock School District.

She was a dedicated wife. The bond between her and Phil was playful, loyal, and strong setting a beautiful example of a wonderful healthy marriage.

She was a dedicated mother. She always put her three girls first and was there for them always. She has created a legacy that will live through her daughters families.

She was a dedicated grandmother “MomMom” to three grandchildren that she absolutely adored. They meant the world to her.

She was a dedicated friend. She treasured the friendships she had and the memorable times she created. Whether it was gathering at one another’s house, playing jokes on each other, playing Bingo in the back yard, doing puzzles, or swimming in the pool over time her friends became her family.

In addition to her beloved husband Phil, Pat is survived by her loving and devoted daughters Amanda Arner and her husband David of Ivyland, Jennifer Robinson and her husband Michael of Sellersville, and Jessica Kratowicz of Holland.  She is also survived by her brother Robert Meenan (Cathy), her sister Irene Stock, and her three dear grandchildren Matthew Arner, Lily Robinson, and Benjamin Robinson. She also had two rescue dogs Maggie and Chloe who are not to be forgotten as she loved them dearly.

Pat’s family will receive friends on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass at 11:30am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road Holland, PA 18966.  Her interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Council Rock Education Foundation to give back to the community she devoted so much of her life to.
