Harold Levin

Harold S. Levin (Hal) of Richboro died peacefully on Thursday Nov 2, 2023 at Samaritan Hospice, Voorhees, New Jersey, with his family by his side. He was 76.

Born in Camden, New Jersey, he was the beloved husband of 51 years to Margaret T. Eldridge Levin (Margo), and son of the late Joseph and Fanny Pearl Levin.

Hal was a resident of Richboro for the past 40 years, and a Bucks County resident for 51. He was graduate of Camden High School, class of 1965 and a graduate of Glassboro State College (now known as Rowan University), class of 1971. Hal had a successful and prosperous career in marketing for over 35 years. As marketing director for Nutri System and then LA Weight Loss, he was part of the fledgling team that helped build both companies from start-ups.

He was a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan, and proud to receive a personally autographed football from Andy Reid and the entire team. Hal persuaded Reid to become a spokesperson for LA Weight Loss and Reid successfully met his goal and lost many pounds on the program.

A man of many talents, Hal was always able to keep his family and friends laughing. In his free time, he enjoyed creating strategies to win at blackjack escaping for enjoyment to the casinos in both Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

Hal’s family and grandchildren came first. He looked forward to spending time at his grandchildren’s events and was lovingly known to them as Poppy. He will be remembered for his firm handshake, quick wit and especially his jokes.

In addition to his beloved wife Margo, he is survived by his 3 children; Amy Angradi and her husband, David; Jared Levin and his wife, Emily; and Alyson Schroeder and her husband, Kevin; as well as 6 grandchildren: Madison, Dylan, Evan, Elle, Reed and Jett; and his cherished Yorkie Poo, Teddy. He is also survived by his brother Stephen Levin and his wife, Hope Lane; and his sister Robin Levin and her husband, Matt Schudel.

Hal’s family will receive condolences on Wednesday Nov. 8, 2023 at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd.(at Holland Rd.) in Richboro from 9:30 am until his services at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer ’s Association, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106. alz.org
