Joseph A. Fusco

Joseph A. Fusco, 67, of Emmaus, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Mary Anne (Schaeffer) Fusco.

Born December 23, 1954 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Joseph T. and Rita (Troilo) Fusco.

The world of advertising was Joe’s professional domain.  He wrote, arranged, and produced music for broadcast under his business names:  Joe Fusco Music, LLC,  Anarchy Muse, Inc, and Air Traffic, Inc.  Some of his many accounts included the Philadelphia Zoo, tourism for Atlantic City, Pennsylvania and, Lancaster County,  Blue Cross/Blue Shield,  the 76’ers, Mc Donalds, Resorts  and various casinos.

One of his most notable lifetime moments was meeting John Lennon at Sigma Sound Studios.

Joe’s favorite pastime was expressing himself through music both for business and pleasure. He was an accomplished guitarist, releasing two acoustic albums: “Let’s Trim the Tree” and “Dream Number 7”.   His  happy place was the bike trails along the Delaware River.  He looked forward to taking scenic photos and seeing his favorite blue heron on his ride.

His talent,  loving nature, and dry wit and humor will be greatly missed by his family, friends and associates.  Joe may no longer be with us but his music will last forever.

Along with his wife, Mary Anne, Joseph is survived by children, Joseph M, Stephanie M, and Gemma F Fusco, his brother Thomas J / Angela (Gesualdi) Fusco; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Friday, December 9, 2022 at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, from 10:00 am until the funeral mass at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Contributions in Joseph’s name can be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
