Janet Hafer (Entwisle)

Janet Entwisle Hafer of Bensalem, PA died suddenly on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012 at her home. She was 57.
Born in Riverhead, NY she was the daughter of Mary Wilcox O’Neil and the late Dr. Frank Entwisle.
Janet was a graduate of Pennsbury High School and attended Juniata and Elizabethtown Colleges. She was employed at Mercer Hospital for 11 years and later became the supervisor of the Vascular Lab at Abington Hospital.
She will be sorely missed by everyone who has come to know and love her.
In addition to her mother, Janet is survived by her loving and devoted daughters; Lindsay B. Harner and her husband Neil of Croydon, PA, Melyni E. Mason of Levittown, PA, Dorie M. Hafer of Ewing, NJ, and her step-son Ernie G. Hafer, Jr. She is also survived by her grandson Cael and her sisters Nancy Green and Mary Ann Barnes, and her brother Frank W. Entwisle.
Janet’s family will receive condolences on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 from 9:00AM until her Funeral Service at 10:30 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Road) Richboro, PA 18954. Interment to follow at Newtown Cemetery, Newtown.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Society for Vascular Medicine, c/o Friends of SVM Headquaters, 111 Deer Lane Rd. Suite 100 Deerfield, IL 60015.
