So very sad to hear of Rob’s passing . Rob spent alot of time at our home with our son , Mike, and all of their very dear friends during their high school and college years. We were fortunate enough to stay in touch over all the years since. He always made us smile.

Honest, vulnerable, genuine, funny. Just a few words that come to mind when picturing Rob’s face. We had such good conversations; meaningful and encouraging discussions that would almost always end in laughter as he quoted Wu Tang lyrics. He always strived to be a better person than the day before. He adored his children and saw them for all their potential. All of our prayers and comfort to his kids, his family, and everyone fortunate enough to call him a friend.

Deepest and sincerest condolences for your loss. I can’t imagine the pain you are feeling. Robbie was a great human and better friend. We had so many amazing moments together as our friend circle continues to grow smaller with the passing of Kevin (Fred) Kersten, and Ted Haldis as well. Robbie and I spoke a few months ago and we joked about how he was dating a Korean girl and he seemed like he was doing so well! I was so happy for him especially with the struggles he has had to overcome. Our hearts ache. Another life taken way too soon. Robbie will have a forever place in happy memories and he will never be forgotten. Blessings, healing, and prayers to the whole family.

I find this very difficult to write and no words can express the heartache and sadness that I’ve experienced since I heard of the loss of your precious Rob. I remember the day he was born two months after Erin and we both shared in the joy of being new moms. He was a great son and loving dad. I hope all the wonderful memories will give you
comfort in the days ahead. He will live on through Chase and Juliette and bring you and Al the strength to go on.
Rob is at peace and a sweet angel always by your sides. Sending all my love to you both and your family ❤️

Rob was my gym partner for a few weeks. We would lift weights and bump 90's rap like Jay Z, Biggie, Eminem, etc. we also shared a love for Jordan's. He always talked about his Dad and his kids...they inspired him and gave him a reason to keep pushing. I'm so sad to hear of his passing. I pray his loved ones can be filled with peace and good memories.

My old friend Rob was an amazing dude and some of the best memories I have from my younger years involve hanging with Rob and the gang during my senior year of high school and our time in college. I haven’t lived in PA for over 20 years now but Rob always made an effort to come hang out with me when I came in town to visit and he did come down south to attend my wedding in 2017 which meant a lot to me. We still stayed in touch through texts here and there throughout the years talking about the old days and catching up. He texted me this past March to tell me it was International Rad Day. “Rad” was one of his favorite movies from the 80’s that he forced me to watch in college after being blown away that I’d never seen it before. I’m sad that he’s gone but love that our last ever conversation was about that. You can’t replace a guy like Rob but he will always be alive in our memories. My heart goes out to his family and especially his kids during this extremely difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear of this loss. I just wanted to say that Rob went out of his way one time when I was struggling and crying to help me through a tough time when no one else did. My thoughts are with you.
