Condolences for Mabel Willing (Keemer)

Bill ZellersSunday, September 17th

Mabel was one of the sweetest people I ever had the pleasure of knowing. She and I spent many fun times going to the Walnut Street Theater and Applebees. I’ll miss her. May she rest in peace.

Mabel was a wonderful person who cared deeply about her students and staff. I got to know her at the IU over many years. A few of us would go to lunch when Sertoma had their fund raisers and she was always grateful and happy to see us. Will miss her sweet personality. Rest easy, Mabel.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mabel.
I am grateful I had the opportunity of working with her at the Bucks County IU # 22. Mabel's wonderful smile and positive attitude always lit up the room.
The photograph collage included in her Obituary is so very touching. The world was certainly a better place with Mabel in it. I feel blessed to have crossed paths with her. Mabel was one in a million.
With my deepest sympathy,

Aunt Mabel was a wonderful loving role model in my life. I loved the intellectual conversations that I enjoyed with her and her sage perspectives and advice. I cherish the family get togethers, many of which she hosted. My memories of her are both positive and joyful.

I had the good fortune of meeting and working with Mabel during my years at CBSD. Her genuine kindness, dedication and fierce advocacy for children made me a quick fan. I then had the privilege of becoming her friend. All those decades sharing in so many way were such a gift in my life. Mabel was a woman of great substance and touched so many people in so many ways. Many hearts have been broken.
I want to thank her family for giving us such a beautiful video to cherish. My sincere condolences to all of you.
