I will truly miss walking by Marias house and seeing you on the porch on a beautiful night. It reminded of the grace and love I knew when I was little and would see all the families on the porches at night.

My beloved Aunt Mildred was one of a kind. She always made me feel loved and special, which isn't always easy in a large family like ours! Her cooking was legendary, her singing was jazzy and beautiful, and her motherly advice was always just what you needed to hear. Somehow, Philly won't be the same without her in it. I know she's with my grandmom, and another piece of my heart is up in heaven watching over me and my family. I love you, Aunt Mil.
