Please accept our sincerest condolences. I only met him twice, but it was easy to tell that he was a kind, intelligent man who adored his wife and family. May he rest in the arms of our Loving Lord.

I knew Richard back in Delhi 1968-1970. About 20 years ago, I met him again at a Delhi reunion! He spoke about his lovely wife & many children—-he was a proud, loving & happy man.
Please accept my sincere condolences—& keep those beautiful memories alive in your heart!
