Condolences for James W. Trochak

Edith MillerWednesday, March 30th

I always greeted Jim with a”Hi Handsome” and per usual I said those words to him the day of his and Kim’s wedding, his face lite up and he smiled shyly as he always did. Although I hadn’t known him for long, that smile will always be the memory of him that I want to remember. Rest In Peace Handsome.

My sincere and deepest condolences go out to Kim and her family, Jim's son Travis and the Trochak family. I worked with Jim at the Post Office and have very fond memories of playing softball on the "Applebees" team. Rest in Peace my friend, you fought a good fight.

I’m terribly saddened to hear about Jimmy’s passing. Though I haven’t seen him in a few years, we spent a handful of summers and falls together playing softball together. The best thing about those softball teams wasn’t winning games or making big plays (which are nice) but the camaraderie amongst of group of people. Jimmy was the glue of those softball teams. Just an awesome, even-keeled fun guy. He loved talking sports and loved talking about his son. My sincerest condolences to Jimmy’s family and friends. You will be greatly missed, my friend.
