My most sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to Al's family. I worked with Al at Conrail and remember him as a real gentleman and often funny. He will be missed.

My wife, Bron, and I are saddened to hear of Alan’s passing. I worked for Al in the Marketing Department and learned a lot about the business from him. His knowledge, personality and friendship will never be forgotten. Our deepest sympathies to Al’s family.

I'm saddened to learn about Al's passing. I worked for Al at Conrail in the "scrap and crap" department, as Al would call it. A great guy to work for. He will be missed.

Denise BsileyWednesday, January 12th

I worked for Al in the 90s in the Metals Business Group. He was a great mentor and colleague. Al was the kind of manager who always had time to stop what he was doing to provide help and sound guidance. The picture you chose of Al captures the very essence of him - warm and friendly. Great man sure to be missed. God rest his soul.

I am from the Dentists of Newtown. I can say this was a great man. He would always have me laughing with his jokes whenever I had to schedule his next appointment. We will miss him.

Dear Judy and family:

Heidi and I are sad Al will no longer be with us. We worked together for over 30 years. He was a truly kind and humorous guy. He will be sorely missed.
