Betty I could not be more sorry to hear the news that Mark is on his way......I knew he had been ill and I had followed things from Indiana and was praying. I watched the video and saw your memories and life story played out and it was a life filled with much love and good times. Mark was such a special guy and I always loved sharing music and fun times with you both.
My heart is with you and your family now and will continue to be as. you say your goodbyes.
Love you Betty and am sending you my love hugs and strength my friend......

Mark was one of the nicest guys that I had the pleasure of working with when he was employed at Gilmore Associates and even those times seeing him occasionally thereafter. A true gentlemen in every sense of the word. I pray for his family.

Marks parents were my parents neighbors. He was older than I, and I remember Mark working on cars in their driveway. His father was my 6th grade math teacher, and his mom was mine for 3rd grade. I did get to play music with him at a CR jazz band reunion. My condolences to his family from Oregon.

Mark and Betty Hintenlang and family became our neighbors in 1989 and we have enjoyed their company ever since. Our children have grown up together and remain true friends to each other.
We have enjoyed being next door and have many memories of them and have become very attached to all them.
This is a testament to the Hintenlang family and their open accepting nature.
Their latest trial with the diagnosis of Mark was endured with much love, compassion, and at last, acceptance of the final stages of the disease.
Our heartfelt sympathies go out to them all.
Bruce, Maureen and family
