I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Frank he will always have a place in my heart I was lucky to have known him for many years and can honestly say Frank Sceno was a kind friendly good person who truly tried to enjoy his life especially with friends and family by his side.
I will miss Frank and think of him often with a smile on my face and in my heart.
God is truly getting a good Man,Rest in Peace Frank.
