I will always remember Jim as a bigger than life presence in the Southampton office. Working with him as a manager there and at Richboro, he was constantly looking at how to make our businesses "safer", more productive, and of course throw in that element of fun that kept it interesting. I will never forget his face when I brought home from my first trip to Ireland, the ornate menu from the restaurant "SMYTH'S" that I smuggled out of there for him. My condolences to you Linda, and your family.

My sincere condolences for your family. I met Jim when I first got in the real estate business many years ago and always enjoyed working with him. Funny guy for sure and the world is a lesser place now without him. God bless.
