Maria was a bright light shining on her children and family throughout her life. I remember her warmth, her hospitality and her sense of humor. She was that special kind of person that makes you feel like family immediately with her kindness. She was a strong radiant woman and I know her children and grandchildren are blessed beyond measure to have had her in their lives for so long. I know she is in a better place now and reunited with her family that have already arrived there. My thoughts and prayers are with you all through this difficult time.

Amica mia cara! Sei tornata a casa e ora sei in pace insieme alle persone a te più care. Voglio però ricordarti come eri: allegra, simpatica, solare piena di gioia di vivere, semplicemente fantastica!Amavi tanto ballare, cantare, cucinarle! Quanto ci siamo divertite a cucinare gli spaghetti alle vongole le lasagne, quante risate! Amavi anche vestirti con eleganza, sempre perfetta con i tuoi vestiti colorati, gioiosi proprio come eri tu. Ti scrivo in italiano perché tu sei italiana e so che ti farà piacere.
