From the day I first met Laura she was a little shy. We were so loud because we had a big ol family.I went up to her and introduced myself.Boy I had her laughing in matter of minutes. I knew she would fit in and she loved my brother dearly .I was present at their wedding we had a good time dancing and genuine laughter. She was more that a sis in law she was like a sister.I will miss her .Her smile . Her loving ways. Always giving never asked for nothing in return. Her and Wayne took my oldest son in with no questions asked . That’s was just her .
I could on and on my heart is so heavy for the family’s lost .I’m so glad she got to see her granddaughter and see her children marry. She ran a good race and fought a good battle with Cancer .but God pick a flower from his garden to come home. She’s smiling done on now .
Sending love to my brother ,nieces, nephews, her brother the rest of family and friends.Keep Faith for you can call on God anytime. And I’ll will also be here if anyone needs me.
Love, Glenda

I was so sorry to hear of Laura's passing. Our daughters went to high school together, and when I shared time with Laura I was amazed by her spirit and genuine approach to her interactions with those around her. I shared a table with her at a wedding about 18 months ago, and I had no idea she was battling cancer. I always looked forward to her welcoming smile. Her positivity and spirit just lifted everyone around her and I have even more appreciation for having been lucky enough to have known her and spent time with her. The world lost a beautiful person, and I am so sad for her family, but also for the greater community she supported so well throughout a well-lived lifetime. She will be missed by all, even by those who only knew her casually. That's how much of an impact she had while on this Earth. Thoughts and prayers to her family and all who loved her....

Laura was a wonderful sister in law: caring, helpful and inspiring. She was extremely brave to endure the treatments of the last two years and provide support to other cancer patients at the same time. We are so glad that she got to enjoy time with her granddaughter. She will be greatly missed by John, me, Emily and Daniel.

Laura was such a kind and loving friend - to both my wife Mojie and me. She was always available to talk and offer guidance whenever we needed her, and was a good friend after my wife passed. Her kind and loving ways will be missed.
