Garry M PfeilWednesday, December 30th

So sorry for your loss, my condolences to the family. I worked with Snapper at PECo. I was his lineman quite a lot when he was a foreman on the Bucket Truck. He was great to work for/with and I always enjoyed his mischievous sense of humor. He always had a twinkle in his eye while he was having a conversation with a disgruntled customer or boss and no one would be able to stay angry with him. I ran into him a little while back and he was the same smiling wisecracking guy I remembered. He will be sorely missed here on Earth, but he'll be a breath of fresh air in Heaven.
