Timothy BrennanSaturday, September 19th

We are so very sorry to learn of Johns passing. He was a most kind, caring, and generous man.We had the pleasure of spending quite a few years at 20 L street. He and I shared the same birthday, which always was cause for a little banter about he being 2 years senior! Our deepest condolences to the entire Bowes family. i do believe there are no 3 putts in Heaven. Rest in Peace my fellow Leo! Tim&Melissa Brennan

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing a year ago. He was one of the greatest guys at Lakehurst Naval Base. When I first met John we were bowling together on base he had me in stitches with laughter. He was definitely an all around great guy there is no one that can be like he was. He was so caring, giving and just a kind hearted soul. We had mutual friends been to parties together, parties at his home , Christmas parties etc. He would get out on the dance floor with many of us and we would have the greatest time as that what John was about enjoying life and having fun. He was a die hard Eagles fan as well as his passion for golf. John may you rest in peace and I hope they have the best golf course in heaven for you. I'll always remember meeting you in stop and shop 2 years ago and it was years since we saw each other. It was so great talking to him. He gave me a big hug and said to stop by anytime I never did as Covid had happened. I will always remember your jokes and kind loving ways. 🙏😇💙😪💙
