Dear Terry, Bill, and Kate,
I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was a wonderful man and a great servant of God. I have so many warm memories of him and all of you during our years at OLF in Wilton. Please know that you are in my daily prayers and that I have offered mass for Bill several times in the hope that he didn’t need them.
With love,
Fr. Don

SO SORRY TO READ ON LINE OF BILL'S PASSING. WE WERE CLOSE FRIENDS, DATING, IN COLLEGE AND FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AFTER KEPT IN TOUCH EVEN AFTER WE WERE BOTH HAPPILY MARRIED. I MOVED TO EUROPE WITH MY FRENCH HUSBAND, LIVING FIRST IN LONDON, THEN PARIS AND NOW NIMES IN PROVENCE. WE MET WHEN WE WERE 19/20 YEARS OLD AND I WAS AT ROSEMONT COLLEGE AND BILL WAS AT VILLANOVA. MET HIS FAMILY AND FOUND THEM ALL LOVELY.

AGAIN MY BELATED CONDOLENCES. FAMILY MEMBRERS CAN CONTACT ME ON MY EMAIL; I WILL BE HAPPY TO RESPOND.

BILL WAS MUCH LOVED BY ME AND MY FAMILY FROM ABINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA, DURING THE TIME HE STUDIED AND PLAYED FOOTBALL AT VILLANOVA. I WAS A STUDENT AT ROSEMONT COLLEGE, NEXT DOOR TO VILLANOVA. I ENJOYED MEETING THE FAMILY ESP HIS LOVELY MOTHER AND FUN SISTERS AND BROTHER IN PELHAM MANOR AND WE REMAINED FRIENDS AND IN TOUCH. MY HUSBAND JEAN WAS DELIGHTED TO MEET HIM IN NYC.
