Condolences for Cleonice "Claire" Salvi (Annecchini)

Alicia WilliamsThursday, June 25th

My dearest Claire, You finally have your real wings. I trust that the peace that you have found is truly beyond all understanding. Your grandchildren will grow up with such wonderful memories of you and your love for them. I pray for those who are mourning your loss, as I indeed am. We have all gained one more guardian angel. May those who love you find comfort in knowing that your work here was done and you have made it Home, hearing the words we all aspire to hear, "Well done, my faithful servant. Welcome Home." You are in my heart, Claire. Say 'hi' once in a while.
Until we meet again, God bless you, my friend. God bless you.
~ Alicia

"When you leave this earth, you can take with you nothing that you have received-only what you have given: A FULL HEART enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice, and courage." (St. Francis of Assisi) This certainly seems to exemplify the life of Claire.
Our deepest sympathies. Peace and Blessings to the family. Lovingly, Dominick, Karen, Stephanie (RN), Anna L. D'Eramo (Delaware)

I would first like to extend my condolences to Claire's family. It is with a broken heart that I learned of Claire's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Claire at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital for many years. She was a caring, passionate, and knowledgeable individual. She was a constant inspirational force in the workplace. Her legacy will live on in my life and the lives of the patients she touched. She will be greatly missed.

Although it has been quite some time since I have seen Claire, my memory of the warmth and love of her is still in my heart like it was yesterday. Claire was so giving and accepting and I was always welcome in her home with open arms. I think about her at times and her fantastic laugh, infectious smile and her ability to be positive in times of struggle. Claire was an amazing mom, and I know this not as a son, but as a friend of her amazing family and the sons and daughter that she has raised.
Claire truly is a wonderful soul and I have been blessed and very lucky to have know her.
My thoughts, prayers and good wishes to you Claire and the Salvi family.

Much love, David Saidman

First I must give my condolences to the family. It is with a heavy heart to share this condolence for a wonderful woman that has been my pleasure to have known for many years professionally and have admired professionally and personally. Claire had "passion" for all things and most importantly for the patients we have served together for many years. That passion will now be a legacy as she left a positive mark on patients we serve and on many RN's that will continue the many "passions" she championed for.
God Speed Claire as your new journey begins and your legacy will have new champions to carry it out as it is not and was not in vain.

Salvi family...I don't know what to say. Claire was such a wonderful mother to you all. She accepted your friends as members of her family with open arms and joy. She gave so much of herself to make sure your dad was comfortable. She was truly an angel in life and remains an angel with God now that she has joined Sammy. Nichole, thank you for introducing me to your wonderful mother 23 years ago...I'll stop and get the Red solo cups.

Oh, I'll miss her so. Claire was my role model. She loved her work and the patients, and didn't see any reason to retire. She also taught me how to make the best Jewish Apple cake, which was amusing she she was born in Italy, and Im Jewish. Oh my dear sweet Claire, Heaven is lucky to have you there. Much love - Mindy

Dear Salvi family, My sincere condolences to you all. I had the pleasure of working with Claire at TPH. She was a dynamo nurse. I walked with her once on our outside grounds. Although she was maybe 4" shorter than me and older in years, I could barely keep up with her! She served our patients with her whole heart and soul. We loved the homemade cookies she brought to our parties. Heaven has gained a new angel. Kathy Nowicki, RD

Sending peace and condolences to Claire's family during this difficult time. Though I never met Claire, I worked with Joe Sloss and know how much he loved and cherished her, as he spoke of her often. I'm so sorry for your loss, Joe.

Lori & Bob HillierFriday, July 17th

It is with saddened hearts learning of Claire's passing. We had the blessed and good fortune to be next door neighbors with Claire & Joe in Newtown Gate from 2003 - 2014. During that time, we laughed often and much while enjoying the spectacular view from our backyards. We especially enjoyed when Claire's family came to visit; her unbridled joy and love of family was something to witness. We moved to North Carolina in 2014 and, during Christmas of 2018 while in Bucks County for the holidays, stopped by for a surprise visit. It was one of the highlights of our trip that year. She was a remarkable woman. May the memories you have of Claire bring smiles to your faces and lift your heavy hearts for many years to come. With deepest sympathy, Lori & Bob Hillier
