Dear Deegan Family,

I am at a loss for words, it's hard to hold back tears. I knew when we visited 7 Kuhars Way in our search for a new home, and I saw a bike trainer and treadmill in the basement - it meant something to me. I too as you might know, am a triathlete - and there aren't too many! It's not the most popular sport. -)

Aside, today on March 9th, before I saw this video I ran outside on this beautiful day. I took off a season of racing. This season - I'm gonna race. And I'm gonna race like heck - thinking of you all. xoxo All the best, in our thoughts and prayers.
