Judy Bean

Judy Bean, of Warminster, passed away suddenly at Abington Hospital on Friday, September 13, 2024. She was 75 years old.

Born in Philadelphia, Judy was the beloved wife of Wayne Bean for 48 years. She was a devoted mother to Jason Bean and his wife Carly, Nicole Watson and her husband Chris, and Matt Bean and his wife Kaitlin. Judy’s heart also held a special place for her grandchildren: Lily, Everly, Emma, Olivia, and Harper, as well as her grand-nephews Andrew, Ethan, Jake, and Ryan.

She is survived by her dear sister, Nancy Lepczyk, her niece, Lori Saville, and her husband Dave.

Judy spent over 40 years working at Allstate Insurance Company, where she excelled as a claims manager and was cherished as a mentor. Her commitment and dedication earned her the admiration and affection of her colleagues. Additionally, Judy served as a Sunday school teacher at St. John’s Lutheran Church, where she impacted many young lives.

Family time was incredibly important to Judy. She took pride in planning luxurious family vacations, with her most recent celebration being a 75th birthday gathering in Cape May, NJ. Judy was also renowned for her Thanksgiving dinners and bringing family and friends together for memorable celebrations.

Throughout her six-year battle with cancer, Judy found joy in online gaming, which connected her with people from around the world. She also enjoyed relaxing on the porch while watching Phillies games, dining out with her husband, Wayne, and spending time with close friends.

Judy’s gregarious, warm, and caring nature endeared her to many. Her greatest joy came from her role as a nurturing mother and grandmother. She faced her illness with courage and resilience, supported by the love of her family and friends.

Judy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
