Darci A. Gorniak

Darci A. Gorniak of Levittown, PA died Sunday, August 4, 2024 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.  She was 60 Years Old.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Darci was the daughter of the late Joseph P. Gorniak Jr. and Rosalie J. Maryanski Gorniak.  She was the twin sister of the late Anthony Gorniak and the loving mother of the late Mozart Amadeus.

Darci graduated from Archbishop Ryan in 1982.  Following graduation she worked at the National Archives in Philadelphia.  Afterwards she started working at the IRS helping people with their income taxes, as well as teach classes.  In her free time, she loved watching her favorite football team, the New England Patriots, playing with her son Mozart, and playing with and taking her nieces and nephews out.  Darci also loved to play video games, both by herself, as well as with her nieces and nephews.  Despite not attending church, she was very religious, reading bibles and bible verses frequently, as well as watching media portraying Jesus and his life.

Darci will be remembered by her sisters, Michele Haas (Joe) and Sharon Wright; her four nieces and nephews, Joseph (Julie), Jamie (Chris), Tyler, and Ashley; grand niece and nephews Aiden (Anna), Hudson, Remi, and Thomas, and her best friend and brother-in-law, Patrick Wright (Kyra).  Darci is also survived by cousins, including one of her best friends and cousin, Charlene Weaver, as well as friends Terri, Wayne, and Mike.
