Glenn Mielke

Glenn L. Mielke, 61, of Sellersville, passed away August 21, 2024.

Born April 15, 1963 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Frederick and Teresa (Machalette) Mielke. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was the type of person to help anyone in need and ask for nothing in return. It was an honor to know him, love him, and especially to be loved by him.

Glenn was most passionate about riding, racing and working on motorcycles in his garage. His daughters always said he had million dollar hands. Glenn was employed at Milton Roy for 23 years and Fast By Ferracci for several years too - which was his true happiness away from home. Glenn was an inspiration to everyone who was in his presence. He was an honest family man who loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, especially on their summer vacations in Delaware and at the Bay.

He always ensured everyone was taken care of and safe. Glenn was a man of his word. His family was his true passion, and what drove him. Glenn was a warrior, and with all his strength he truly rode out until the wheels fell off, and gracefully so, until he was called home.

He was a devout Catholic, and long time parishioner of Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church in Hilltown , PA for 25+ years.

Survivors include two loving daughters, Lauren and Chelsea Mielke; four grandchildren, Javion, Sianno, Michael, and Savannah; four siblings, Theresa Charles (Richard), Brenda Rapant (Tom), Fred Mielke (Heny), and Regina Callahan (Nick); five nieces, Theresa, Cindy, Michelle, Dawn, Tara; and four nephews, Richie, Steven, Paul, Ricky.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Monday, August 26, 2024 from 10:00 am until the funeral mass at 12:00 pm at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 100 Broad Street, Hilltown. Interment will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler.
