Reinaldo Victor Peluzzo

Reinaldo Victor Peluzzo, 88 years of Holland, PA passed away on August 3, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Cuba in 1936 to the late Joseph and Geneva Peluzzo (Cañete), Reinaldo immigrated to the United States in the 1950s. He graduated from North Catholic High School in 1955 and served in the Army reserves. He was a retired Philadelphia Police Officer, working in uniform and in the Police Administration Building as a bi-lingual polygraphist. He spent more than 45 years in the real estate industry and loved to cook and spend time with his family, his greatest pride & joy. Reinaldo traveled with Frances to many places around the world and especially loved history. He was a proud and beloved community member of the Columbus Country Club since 1980, his favorite summer spot. His Catholic Faith was an integral part of his life, attending Mass regularly and praying the Rosary daily.

Reinaldo is preceded in death by his son Reinaldo Jr. and brothers, Joseph, Ventura, and Alberto Peluzzo. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Frances (Pagliuso); children, daughter-in-law Catherine Peluzzo; daughter, Christina and husband Thomas Bogdan; and sister, Geneva (William) Brady; grandchildren; Reinaldo (Erin) Peluzzo III, Christopher (Erin) Peluzzo, Mary Bogdan, Bernadette (Thomas) McWilliams, Rachel Bogdan, Joseph Bogdan, Regina Peluzzo, Marybeth Peluzzo, Teresa Bogdan, Anthony (Jessica) Peluzzo, Nicholas Bogdan, Andrew Bogdan, Katharine Bogdan, John Paul Bogdan, Sara Bogdan, and Giuliana Bogdan; great grandchildren, Laura, Adeline, Scarlett, and Reinaldo IV; and sister-in-law, Lina (Phil) Olesky.

Friends and family can visit on Wednesday, August 7th from 10am-11am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA. A funeral Mass will follow. Interment will take place at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Reinaldo’s name to the National Centre for Padre Pio, 111 Barto Road, Barto, PA 19504 or online at https://www.padrepio.org/donate.
