Donald Lane

Donald Lane of Trevose, PA passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.  He was 87.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Donald was the beloved husband of 59 years to the late Helen Bazer Lane and the son of the late Charles and Mildred Himmelman Lane.

Donald was an accomplished Mechanical Engineer and started his career at Hurst Performance.  He was integral in designing and developing the Jaws of Life, which are in use today worldwide.  In his spare time, he loved working on old cars and had a passion for hot rods and Studebakers.  He was a collector of many classic cars and a member of various different car clubs.
