Susan C. Baldino (Petrucelli)

Susan Cathy Baldino, of Newtown, formerly of Richboro, passed away peacefully, attended by her family, on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Chandler Hall, Newtown. She was 68.

Born November 10, 1953, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Jeanette Paoli Petrucelli, and beloved wife of Frank W. Baldino, to whom she was married 38 years.

A 1971 graduate of St. Hubert’s High School, in Philadelphia, Susan was employed by SEPTA for 25 years, holding various administrative positions. She would earn her Bachelors and Masters degrees from LaSalle University. Upon leaving SEPTA in 1996, she was employed by ARCCA, Inc. in Wrightstown until her retirement in 2014. Susan and her family lived in Richboro for 25 years before moving to Newtown in 2011.

During her illness, Susan continued to demonstrate the courage, dignity, and genuine concern for others, which marked her life. She dearly loved her family and the numerous friends from her Philadelphia neighborhood and high school, with whom she developed deep personal relationships and remained in close contact over the years. Upon moving to Newtown, she made new friends with those in her community and enjoyed the times spent together. The kindness and compassion of her family, friends, and neighbors, was a great comfort to Susan.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by: sons Christopher Francis Baldino and wife Kara, of Yardley, Michael Phillip Baldino and wife Suzanne, of Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Andrew Steven Baldino, of Edgewater Park, NJ; sister Janet Petrucelli; sister-in-law Darlene Petrucelli; and grandchildren Colton, Connor, and Kaylie.
