Andrew H. Witt Sr.

Andrew H. Witt, Sr. passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at his home in Southampton, surrounded by his loving family. He was 61.

Born December 30, 1960 in Bristol, he was a son of the late Helmut and Marie (nee Stocker) , husband of Ali Witt, (nee Reitenbaugh), to whom he was married 35 years.

In addition to his wife, Andrew is survived by his children Andrew H. Witt, Jr. and wife Christina (nee Foley), of Hatboro, and Olivia Witt (Christopher Cracknell) of Southampton; sisters Barbara Hyman (Roy), Linda Hanley (William) and his beloved grandson Andrew James Witt, his nephew Ken Cooter , III and furbaby, Annie.

His life truly centered around his family and friends.  His greatest joy was being a Pop Pop to Andrew James, and dad to Andy and Olivia.  Andy was fleet superintendent for Warminster Township for 25 years, making many lifelong friends. Andy had a fondness for all animals especially dachshunds, in which came his love for volunteering in dog rescue. His many hobbies included cooking, travelling, fishing, bicycling, driving his Factory Five Shelby Cobra, his Tesla, and celebrating holidays with family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to join Andrew’s family at his visitation on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 10:30 AM until 11:45 AM, followed by his 12:00 PM Funeral Mass, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Avenue, Southampton, PA 18966. Interment will follow at Hatboro Cemetery. To Andy's car enthusiast friends, if going to the cemetery please bring your cobra or muscle car for the procession as a final ride to Andy's resting place.
