Robert E. Zoglio

Robert E. Zoglio, of Warminster, PA died on Friday, December 31, 2021. He was 87.

He was the beloved husband of 61 years to Carol M Zoglio.

Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Robert A. Zoglio and Esther Zanni Zoglio.  He was the father of the late Bobby Zoglio who passed in June of 2021. Bob attended LaSalle Academy High School then University of Rhode Island for electrical engineering. Bob served in the United States Navy from 1954-1956.  After being honorably discharged, Bob began his lifelong career as an electrical engineer as a civilian employee for the aviation division of the Navy.  After years of travel for work, Bob and Carol settled in Warminster, PA in 1973. 

Bob was a quiet and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.  He enjoyed reading, watching sports especially football and baseball, daily walks for exercise, cookies and ice cream, assembling jigsaw puzzles, and crossword puzzles.  His greatest joy was his family.

In addition to his loving wife, Carol, he is survived by his 5 children: Lisa Kelch and husband Dean, Paul Zoglio, Michael Zoglio, Mathew Zoglio and wife Kathy, and Stacey Kolp and husband Frank and his sister Carolyn Criscione. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: Mathew Jr., Natalie, Nina, Ava, Abigail, Lia, Lyle and wife Caroline and his two great-granddaughters Ruby and Violet. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Salvatore ‘Sam’ Criscione.

His funeral service and interment with Military Honors in Washington Crossing National Cemetery will be held privately for just the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Doylestown Health Foundation, 595 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
