Dennis Cichalski

Dennis J. Cichalski of Newtown, died peacefully at his home, with his family by his side on Monday December 27, 2021, after a courageous battle with Lung Cancer.  He was 68.

Born in South River, New Jersey, He was the beloved husband of Patrice Gallagher Cichalski for 32 years and son of the late Edward and Anna Barron Cichalski.

Dennis was a graduate of St. Joseph High School, class of 1971 and received his degree in Accounting from St. Francis University, Loretta PA in 1975. 

Dennis started his accounting career at Pep Boys and worked for them for several years, during his time with Pep Boys he found a niche in Information Technology and he joined the Nielsen Organization and worked with them for over 18 years before retiring in 2015. Dennis gleaned so much information technology skills during his time with Nielsen that he started his own Consulting firm, CRS Consulting.

He was a man of many talents and had several hobbies. He loved oldies music, enjoyed family time at the Jersey Shore, and both pork roll and sausage sandwiches. Dennis, like most men of his era, loved cars and especially new cars. He looked forward to visiting dealerships and enjoyed taking Sunday drives in his mustang.

Dennis and his family resided in Newtown for over 28 years and belonged to St. Andrew’s Parish. Family came first and foremost, he was proud of his children and especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his beloved wife Patrice, he is survived by his children; Joseph and his wife Lindsay, Erin and her husband Scott, James, Jeffrey and his wife Yanshuang, and his 7 dear grandchildren; Claire, Lauren, Emma, Cecilia, Ava, Maxwell and Bennett.

Dennis’s family will receive condolences on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro from 6:00pm to 8:00pm; and again on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at the Olde Church of St. Andrew, 135 South Sycamore Street in Newtown, PA 18940, from 10:30am until his Funeral Mass, 11:30am. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery, Newtown.
