Kenneth L Gavaghan

Kenneth L. Gavaghan, of Trevose, PA, died Monday, December 20, 2021 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA.

Ken was the beloved husband of Mary R. Thomas Gavaghan. The couple was married for 47 years.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Ken was the son of the late James A and Katherine Lonser Gavaghan; and brother of the late James Gavaghan and Joan Schmalze

Big Ken was loved by everyone. Quick witted life of the party. Lover of family, nature, animals and music. If Poppy couldn’t fix it nobody could.

In addition to his wife Mary, Kenneth is survived by his loving children, Christine Reilly (Christopher), Shannon Gavaghan (Nicholas), Kenneth Gavaghan (Nicole), Joanne Gavaghan and Shawn Gavaghan (Amy); his devoted grandchildren, Grant, Allison, Casey, Maiti, Brayden, Shawn, Keirnan, Riley and Rider.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Ken’s family on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 9:30am, until the start of his Funeral Mass, 10:30am, at Assumption BVM Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Road in Feasterville, PA 19053. His interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA 19002.
