Gregory F. Kane

Gregory Francis Kane (age 75), of Doylestown, PA, died Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Foxchase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA after a long and valiant battle against esophageal cancer.  Born in Ambler, PA, Greg was the son of the late Philip and Jane Kane.  Greg graduated from La Salle University. His unyielding commitment and work ethic led to a successful career in construction management, which was concluded with the position of Vice President of Construction at Keystone Property Group.

Greg was a man of few words and highly esteemed by his friends and family for his generous heart and steadfast morals.  Through experience and intellect, Greg was always ready to edify and impart his wisdom to elevate those he loved.  There were few things that could bring more joy to Greg than being around and watching his children and grandchildren grow.

Greg was the beloved husband of Dorothy for 51 years.  In addition to his wife Dorothy, Greg will be missed by his children, Laura and her husband Myles, Kathleen and her husband Michael, Gregory and his wife Vasoula, and Matthew and his wife Judie; his grandchildren, Hayden, Ethan, Myla, Liam and Ellis; and his siblings, Kevin, Chris, Kerry, Shawn and Kimberly.

Throughout his life, Greg expressed a deep fondness for horses and Irish Wolfhounds.  Furthering his commitment to his four legged companions, Greg was an integral member of the Irish Wolfhound association of the Delaware Valley and the Philadelphia Kennel Club.

Relatives and friends are invited to join Greg’s family from 1:00-3:00 PM on Monday, December 27, 2021, which will immediately be followed by his Life Tribute beginning at 3:00 PM, at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home at 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Road) in New Britain, PA 18901. His interment will take place privately.

If so inclined, please share a fond memory you have experienced with Greg in the condolences.
