Teresa A. Wade (Sanchez)

Teresa Wade of Doylestown, PA died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 after a long and courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.  She was 59.

Teresa was the beloved wife of 26 years to Charles “Chuck’ Wade Jr. and the loving mother of Brent Wade.

Born, in Staten Island, NY she was the daughter of the late George and Lessie Mae Locklear Sanchez and the sister of the late Andrew, Paul, and Otis Spaulding.

Teresa saw beauty wherever she looked. Capturing those moments through her passion for photography allowed her to share a story in which no words could do justice, especially sunsets. She also enjoyed scrapbooking as it gave her a creative outlet to express her love for family & friends. Also an avid cook, she was well known for her famous stuffed shell recipe. One of greatest joys in Terri’s life was being around those that she loved and cultivating community. Whether it was Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any other occasion, she was the glue that brought everyone together & hosted countless friends & family over the years. When her battle with cancer began 5 years ago, she made sure to channel that energy into helping others throughout her journey as well. Everyone who has encountered her walked away feeling loved & taken care of.

In addition to her loving and devoted husband Chuck and her son Brent, Teresa is survived by her sisters and brothers: Dessa Nunlist, Jeani Sanchez, Joseph Sanchez, Cindy Sanchez, Paula Sanchez-Cummings, and Brandi Jordan.  She is also survived by her sisters-in-law who she considered as sisters: Cathy Bogdnoff, Deborah Kern, Karen Trucco, and Trish Baron as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 9:30AM to until her Funeral Service 11:00AM at Calvary Chapel of Central Bucks, 150 East Butler Avenue Chalfont, PA 18914.  Her interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont.
