Kathleen A. Ucci (Walker)

Kathleen “Kathy” Agnes Ucci, age 64, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, August 28, 2021.

Born June 5, 1957, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Alice Clifton Walker, and the widow of the late Arthur M. Ucci, Sr., to whom she was married 23 years until his passing in 2010.

Kathy, as she was known by friends and relatives, had a magnetic personality and deep love for her family. The fifth born of thirteen siblings, she was a free spirited and devoted sister who could always make them smile. The loving household provided by her Mother and Father prepared her for having a family of her own with her beloved husband. Her Daughter and Son saw her more than just a Mother but a source of strength during hardship, a warm presence when they needed comfort and a best friend. To Kathy’s grandchildren, she was known as Mom-Mom, whom she loved unconditionally and would proudly boast about whether you were a life-long friend or someone she just met. Throughout her life, Kathy was a Daughter, a Sister, a friend, a wife, a Mother and a Grandmother. Now she forever becomes the guardian angel of her family and the friends she’s made along the way.

Kathleen is survived by her daughter Jessica Diaz, her son Arthur M. Ucci, Jr., her grandchildren Jake Diaz, Nicholas Diaz, Isabella Diaz, and Oliver Ucci. She is also survived by her brothers Frank Walker, Michael Walker, John Walker, James Walker, and Daniel Walker and her sisters Maureen Anderson, Colleen Erbele, Diane Walker, Patricia Schumann, Lisa Walker, and Alicia Walker. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Charles Walker.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM, with a short service at 11:30 AM, at Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown Richboro Road (at Holland Road) in Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will be private.
