Jacqueline A. Hulsizer (Miller)

Jacqueline A. Hulsizer, age 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Chandler Hall in Newtown after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Jacqueline and her husband were original Levittown residents until moving to Buckingham Springs in 1995. Most recently residing with her daughter Beth in Levittown.

Born September 28, 1930, in Bellefonte, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Yerg Miller, and the widow of the late James M. Hulsizer, to whom she was married 58 years at the time of his passing in 2007.

She loved traveling to Europe and throughout the U.S. She was a homemaker and loved to cook and bake. In her leisure time she enjoyed doing crossword and sudoku puzzles.

Jacqueline is survived by: daughters Beth Hulsizer, of Levittown, and Mary Harris, and her husband Dave, of Levittown; son James Hulsizer, and his wife Marie, of The Villages, FL; as well as 7 beloved grandchildren Lucas Hulsizer, Christi Leavesley, Marybeth Calahorrano, David Harris, Daniel Harris, Jesse Harris and Jacqueline Harris; and 5 adored great-grandchildren Gabriel Calahorrano, Amira Calahorrano, Mary Kathryn Harris, Robert Harris, and Hendrick Harris. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in passing by sisters Joan Shipman, and Joyce Snyder.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Joseph A. Fluehr, III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Road), New Britain, PA 18901, with a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
