Diane Woodrow

Diane was born on August 18th 1955 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of late Willis and Betty Woodrow.  She is survived by her daughter Erica McDermott and grandson Carter, her sisters Cheryl (Sam) Avital, Gail (Dave) Gardner and her brother Craig (Reba) Woodrow.

Diane’s simple pleasures included her love for the Cape May beach, sipping tea on her porch, music, visiting with siblings down south and especially spending time with her daughter and grandson.

Diane was a member of the administrative staff at Abington Jefferson Hospital for 32 years until her retirement in August 2020.   She was admired for her exemplary dedication and professionalism.   For those who had the pleasure of knowing her, they will never forget her memorable laugh and vibrant energy.

Despite battling a cancer diagnosis, Diane’s optimistic attitude towards life showed little signs of wear.  She continued to live, laugh and love – her beauty and grace ever on display – until God called her home.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
