Kathleen Soriano (Weimar)

Kathleen Weimar Soriano, of Doylestown, PA died on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Abington Jefferson Hospital, from injuries she sustained after a traumatic incident. She was 60.

Born in Abington, PA, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Therese Burke Weimar who now reside in Florida.

Kathleen was a bright and shining light to all who knew her. As a child she enjoyed climbing trees and playing sports. She grew to love art and carried that through to the career she absolutely adored. She enjoyed sharing her love of the arts with the residents at various nursing homes while working in the recreational department. She brought joy and strength to people whose families were not able to be with them on a daily basis. Kathleen was kind, caring, gentle, and never judgmental. The world would be a much better place if we could all be a little more like Kathleen.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Katey Deppeler and her husband Jeremy of Doylestown and Luke Soriano of Philadelphia, her sister Karen Weimar of Doylestown and her brother Kenneth Leibold and his wife Christine of Jim Thorpe, PA. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren; JJ, Tessie, and Emma. She is survived by nieces and nephews; Jennifer, Kenny, Zachary and Zoe.
