Mariana Alicia Palacios

Mariana Alicia Palacios passed away peacefully at her home in Wrightstown on 3rd March 2021.  She was 74.  Mariana was the loving wife of 33 years of Timothy Abbott.  Born in Havana, Cuba, she was the daughter of Jose Rosendo and Mariana Alicia Palacios and sister of Maria Cristina Palacios and Rosendo Pedro Palacios.

Mariana was the loving aunt of Alejandro, Eduardo, Marianne and Carolina and stepmother of Penelope.

Mariana graduated from Barry University (BS), University of Miami (MS) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (MBA).  Her entire career was spent in the pharmaceutical industry.

Due to Covid there will be no funeral, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions to her memory may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (
