John T. Brassell, Jr.

John T. Brassell, Jr. of Ivyland died on Friday, January 22, 2021 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 61.

John was the loving and devoted husband of Donna L. Hays Brassell with whom he had shared 34 years of life, love, and marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John T. Sr. and Anne T. Kerstulja Brassell. John attended St. Athanasius Grade School in West Oak Lane and St. Joseph's Grade School in Warrington. He played youth sports in Warminster. John was a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School, class of 1977 and has been a parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord Parish for many years.

John was a dedicated Construction Manager with DeLuca Homes where he spent the majority of his career. He enjoyed family vacations to the Jersey shore and was happiest when he was with his family, especially time with his grandson. He will be dearly missed.

In addition to his beloved wife, John is survived by his daughters, Colleen and Jaclyn Brassell of Ivyland; his adoring grandson, Jace MacDonald, and his sisters, Patricia A. Stillwell and her husband, William, of Warminster and Joan T. DeLuca and her husband, Vincent, of Ivyland. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, January 29, 2021 from 9:30am until his Funeral Mass 10:30am at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 605 W. Street Rd., Warminster, PA 18974. His interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, PA.

John’s Funeral Mass will be livestreamed on the Parish website, www.noolp.org
