Susan D. Normoyle

Susan D. Normoyle passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Doylestown Hospital after a short struggle with Covid-19.  She was 93.

Susan was the beloved wife to the late Thomas P. Normoyle for 50 years.

Born in Freeport, NY she was the daughter to the late Walter F. and Alice (Kuntz) Pike and sister to the late Alan Pike.

Susan graduated from Alfred University, NY, with a BS in nursing and began a health career as a RN in New York City at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center.  Later she was a school nurse in Lower Moreland, Montgomery County and Council Rock, Bucks County.  After retirement from the Hillcrest Elementary School, and when not spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoyed her passions for travel and gardening as well as the Christ’s Home Community in Warminster, PA.

Susan is survived by her sister, Jane Conklin; and children, Nancy A. Young and her husband Chris, Margo J. Normoyle, and Thomas W. Normoyle and his wife Pam Mattimore; as well as her three grandchildren, Warren Young, Harry Young, and Emma Normoyle.

Susan’s services and internment will be held privately by the family.
