Bernadette K. Hartman

Bernadette K. Hartman of Philadelphia passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Abington Jefferson Hospice in Warminster surrounded by her loving family. She was 74.

Bernadette was the beloved wife of 39 years to the late Thomas R. Hartman.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the oldest of 10 children to the late Stanley and Jean Nagle.

Bernadette was a lifelong resident of Philadelphia and had resided in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. She had worked as dietary aide at St. John Neumann Center for 29 years until her retirement in 2012.

Bernadette is survived by her son Thomas R. Hartman Jr. and his wife Dana of Doylestown and her 3 grandchildren, Matthew, Juliana and Andrew.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 9:30am until her Funeral Mass 10:30am in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church 235 East State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901. Bernadette’s interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the JDRF, Eastern PA Chapter, 555 Croton Road, Suite 111, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
