William O. Thom

William O. Thom, of Warwick died peacefully at home with his wife by his side. He was 90 years old.

William was the beloved husband of Evelyn Thom. The couple had shared 65 years together.

Born in Niagara Falls, NY, William was the son of the late Sydney and Josephine (Cashman) Thom.

William graduated from Michigan State University and had a successful career as a human resource executive.  He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loved outdoor activities like fishing and golfing. 

In addition to his wife, Evelyn, William will be remembered and missed by his children, Gary and Janet Thom, Michael and Christine Thom, Deb and Bob Haugh, Sharon and Stan Potocki and JoAnn and Dean Altemose; his 11 grandchildren and his 6 great grandchildren. He was looking forward to the birth of his seventh great grandchild in January. William is also survived by his sister Margaret Ellman and his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Claire and Don Colbert and their families.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at St. Cyril of Jerusalem Church in Jamison PA at 12:00 PM.  Interment will take place privately. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in William’s name to Doylestown Hospice 4259 W. Swamp Road, Suite 204, Doylestown, PA 18902.
